I just bought a Carhartt rain coat, and so far, it's been pretty good. It's not Gore-Tex, but I've had it out in one serious rainstorm and it did a pretty good job.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I ordered an H20 suit. Due to short on funds and need a suit. Got a couple tournaments coming up and don't want to get caught with my pants down so to speak. LOL
