For the Last Tourney in order to prevent a pile up and blast off from the only ramp on the lake we are going to let everyone leave the ramp as soon as they have paid and had a live well check. You cannot make your first cast until 6:30am. I don't think the gates will open until 5:30am but will check on that and post back later. This is for the Martin Creek Tourney on Dec. 14th, 2013. There is a benefit tourney that day as well that is a Team Format. We are an Individual tourney and as long as there is only 1 in the boat you are more than welcome to fish their tourney as well. I have spoken with Derek the guy putting on the benefit and he is OK with this as well.

The Carthage Bass fishing league is also has an open tournament on the 14th. This is also a team tournament but individuals can fish as 1 man teams with full paid entry. Anyone fishing the other tourneys can fish this too. I spoke with park officials and all 3 tournaments are confirmed...To recap"

Thanks easymoney for the update. I did not know y'all would be there also. Could be a little bit crowded. We are going to let our anglers ease out after paying and livewell check then start fishing at 6:30am and so is Derek with the benefit. Weigh in time is 3:00. We will issue a chip that will need to be on our board by 3pm. Once you have placed your chip on the board you can load your boat or whatever just get back to us before 4 so that we are not there all night..

With there being so many tournaments going on this day. What kind of truck do I need to look for to register and also what time?

Jody will be in a black ford f-150 4x4 gates will probably open at 5

We will either have Banners up around us or will be putting them up.. LOL depending on when we can get in the gate.
and Yes Black Ford 4 door with a bedcover and Ranch-hand on the front. I will find a way to have lights as well. I'm still not sure where we will setup. I know it will be crowded around the ramp at that Picnic table area and don't really want to add to the confusion by setting up there. We may be deeper in the Parking Lot.

Just a reminder that tomorrow morning we are going to let everyone leave the ramp after signing in and livewell check. First cast will be at 6:30 a.m.

This is an adjustment to the blastoff procedure we have used in the first three tournaments. We are trying to decrease congestion at the ramp as well as allow entrants to comply with the rules of our tournament and the others if they want to enter them.

We look forward to seeing everyone in the morning.
