They were wearing their lifejackets. It may have been better if they had not been camo. Heavy fog and blowing rain made it very difficult to see them.

How did they manage to capsize the boat? They said "a wave washed over the back of the boat". Waves were very rough, high and close together. We were all glad that we were on a pontoon. Gonna guess the boat was loaded stern-heavy. Weight distribution can make a huge difference on days like that.
