Truth be told guys, Steve is my partner. If he can't compete, then I'm not. We have a great thing going between us. It's a great partnership. At least, I feel like it is. Some of you guys might think I'm dumb for choosing not to fish with another partner if Steve can't fish. I just wouldn't feel right without my partner.

That being said, it may change. If i really want to fish the teams, and I don't have a partner, I would be honored to partner with Dan.

Just making sure that everyone saw Russ's post on the website about the team tournament. Due to a conflict in schedule for me we had to move the tournament ahead one week and make it on a Sunday. So the 1st Team's tournament of the year will be held on Sunday March 23. Sorry for any incovience or scheduling conflict this causes for you guys but it keeps me out of the doghouse with the wife becuase the weekend it was originally scheduled for is our 1 year wedding anniversary.

Sorry Dan did'nt have much of a choice on this one. I think we are going to be WAY to early for any kind of good spawn bite out there as well but oh well. Good news is the Cattails died down some and it should be somewhat fishable. It has been a ghost town out there though with these cold temps.

Our team is ready!!!

weather is looking a little gloomy but hoepfully it will have a better forecast closer to tournament time. Also not sure how I feel about 5 hours on Echo, We are going to be fishing spots someone else has already fished a few times after the first few hours lol. I think we should limit it to 4 hours for smaller places like this and leave it 5 hours for the bigger lakes and places we visit. Just my .02 though. Also Russ do I need to go buy a binder so I can have one for this tourney? Not a big deal if so.
