Long time friend sand bass and hybrid guide Bob Holmes invited Wayne Kilgo and I to do a little scouting with him and James Reed of some of the crappie condos and brush piles they had put out this past summer. Bob and James are gearing up to offer guided crappie trips along with their sand bass and hybrid trips. Bob & James had fished the locations with minnows a few days ago and were pleased with the results. To days trip was to see how jigs would do and just like when they used minnows, they were pleased with todays results with 12 quality crappie in the boat.
