Sean I would go with that theory except for the fact that they did so well out pre fishing Bachman. It could have also just been the time of day since I went in the evening and they went in the morning. Who knows.

Im New to Texas, coming from VA, but i was wondering if these tournaments were open to anyone or do you need to sign up?

First and foremost, Welcome to Texas!

The tournaments are open to anyone. Just come on out the morning of the tournament, and that's when you sign up. These tournaments are the Teams tournaments. So if you have a partner, then bring them out. Or you could just fish for the Big Bass pot if you'd like. That's no problem. It's $50 per team, so $25 per person. Or just $5 for Big Bass.

We also have an Individual trail. There's only one more tournament left that's open to anyone. But you're more than welcome to come out to it.

If your buddy can't come and you still want to fish for the full pot we have one of our regulars looking for a partner. Maybe that could be a possibility if your guy doesnt show up? Just throwing it out there.

Also we have our fund raiser tournaments in november also!!
Entry fee for food drive: 5 can goods/non-perishable items plus at least $10 worth fishing gear for 1st 2nd and 3rd place. Same deal with the toy drive.The only difference is you bring a girl toy and a boy toy . Lots of fun and all are welcome!!!!
