I shouldn't of said "no desire" frankly I just hate the 3 fish limit and hate fishing Ray Bob twice a year. Now no cash 1st is just my nail in that coffin. They run a great trail but I just dislike their recent decisions but they are a business so they make their decisions based on what is good business

If they paid in 20 dollar bills someone would complain that it was not hundreds.Gentlemen we are blessed that there are many trails to choose from in our area so pick one you like and go have fun, and quit complaining about the way BASSCHAMPS handles their trail.

For all of you guys complaining about limits, trucks, boats, the weather, water levels, or whatever strikes your fancy, why don't you go fish the other trail in Texas that is giving away 27 trucks to amateur anglers in 2014.....oh wait.....

Sounds awesome BC staff. I'm not tournament fisherman, but this is a pretty sweet deal. Good luck and thumbs up to Ford for getting more involved with us fishermen. Buying a new Ford and getting 2 years of entry fees is huge, and 27 trucks a year? Not bad...

I'm as negative of a person as you'll find at times, but I'm not sure how some of yall are complaining about this.

Good problem for you guys to have. I live in an area where I only get to fish the local bass club tournies and an occasional open or ABA tournament when I am up north for part of the summer. I would love to be able to fish this trail or any of the big team trails. Say what you want but I know tons of people that would love to buy a new truck like that for their kid. I would almost think you would have an easier time selling a truck as opposed to some base model bass boat. And the free entry fee for owning a Ford is pretty cool.

The payout seems to have been top loaded like it should be, and the winners are rewarded for winning.

I am not a fan of the 3 fish limit, but I am fan of less of the "participant ribbon" type payout..

The only thing that would make this better is an upgraded truck at the championship! No option spared,extended cab texas edition ect... Maybe a certificate so the end of year champs can design their own truck! That would be cool!

I'm not sure how this will effect the turn outs but if its just a plain Jane single cab v6, they will drop off quickly after the first tourney. If you notice, everybody wants to sell the truck, or at least that's what I'm seeing. So, if its not a truck you can sell for cash money to split with your partner its going to hurt. Now it could be good if you want a new truck, just trade it in. I'm not totally against it but will be interested in how it turns out. Champs is the only trail going out of the norm to get people and you have to respect that. If I'm home I will be in for a few. Like said, might be a good problem to have.

Rock on Bass Champs! I think that what you guys have done is awesome. Looking forward to the parties at the red river and an awesome season next year. I currently drive a yota but am thinking about getting a new ford now.

just went to one of the dealers in the program and looked up a base model xl f150, I think some of ya might want to rethink your new truck problem. and yes this is a 2013 model, and rebates etc etc do bring the price down but still more than 15,000.00 worth of truck in the end.
I wish they would bring the trail up here, you would not see much beetchin goin on in OKIELAND for a new truck as first place award.

Something I think we are forgetting is that in their past truck events, like Mega Bass, there was always a cash out options and my guess is there is going to be the same options here. I think in those deals they just paid the winners what they had to pay for the trucks...I think it was around $15K. So if this is the case then you can either win a truck worth more than $20K and keep it or sell it for whatever you can or you would be able to cash out for $15k.
