Dale, I agree with your position on over governed and over legislated, there is a difference between good laws and stupidity. We have too much stupidity in the law. As to your point about enforcement of current laws I agree as well up to the point that they need to be enforced. Where I differ is the fact that because game officials are not doing their job now doesn't get them a pass for any further requirements. The system can be improved, at the very least tourney fishermen, myself included need to think hard about the organizations we participate in and how they handle fish. I think at heart the vast majority of us are conservationists and love the sport and the
Species. That being the case fish care should be a factor in what we expect in a trail. I saw the aftermath of something like this at Hubbard creek several years ago and it is hard to look at.
