there will be someone at bass pro garland parking lot under the tent to sign up all teams the day of the tournament

Story time. Several years ago before I got involved in a bass club in North Texas, before I started tournament fishing, I was just a coon a$$ in Dallas fishing from a little bayou beaten Sea Ark. My Vietnam veteran father came to visit and we went out on Ray Hubbard. The wind was blowing like it can and every spot we went in that little bateau there was a boat with a veteran fishing. We asked the obvious question and were told about the PVA. We didn't catch many but my Dad thought it was one of the better days on the water we had ever shared.
This event is important. Fish it if you can. And this lake can turn out some big fish AND some big experiences.

Guys, even if you can't fish this one, show up for the weigh in. There's going to be a great raffle and the PVA really needs your support to get back on the tour for next year. Paul Offil from Lone Star PVA will be at BPS Friday night from 5-9 for early registration and information.

Registration at BPS on Saturday morning will begin at 5 am. We're fishing 6:30 to 3. Must be in weigh in line by 3:30 back at BPS. Let's turn out for this great cause. Plus it looks like we'll be fishing the first real Fall morning.
