Have you heard enough already, lol???
I feel stupid for not getting one sooner. I had a million excuses, but as stated above - best money I've ever spent on boating equipment. Also as mentioned above, get the 36v! The extra money is worth it even if you have to get creative adding another battery.

If you have a humminbird get the I-Pilot w/link system. amazing unit!!!!

Complaint is that is should have bought the 36 v. The best money I've ever spent on fishing equipment though.

Dennis can tell you how much trouble I had with the Minn Kota 65 foot control; fighting the wind and anchor... No More of that! I got the Terrova 80/ US2 wiPilot gps foot control and remote. I never have used the foot control , only the remote. I can sit in the console and move the boat anywhere I want then hit Spot Lock when I find the fish. I bought mine at Shipps Marine in Gladewater they are on sale for $1379.00 plus $89.50 to install it.

its easier to lock down on a spot with one. had to cancel a fishing trip and use another boat cause ours broke.

Be sure to get the MKA-47 as well. It will make your installation much more simplified and give you the ability to slide the unit back off the bow when loading and unloading from the trailer or pulling into docks.
