Brady, Tom and I discussed it, but it is just guessing since we didn't put it on a scale. It was healthy but a bit thin as one might expect from a river bass in August. I should've measured the girth so I'd have a better idea. I really didn't think it was that big until I had Tom hold it. Then it looked pretty dang big to me. I guess I should get a decent scale, but afraid that might bring on the bad juju

Tom...the first time that Dan and I fished with Jaime, we were on proctor, and he was standing on his scrambler casting his fly-rod in the early morning light. I was watching him from a good 50 yards away but saw the comotion as a fat hybrid slammed whatever he was throwing that morning. The whole thing was silloetted against the rising sun and I wish I'd of had my camera at the ready. Jaime can pretty much do it all, I guess.
