If it wasn't in Dallas I would probably pre-fish it. Better just going at it blind for me lol.

Any possibility of fishing the whole lake instead of just the east side? Or just fishing just the west side? Here's a couple of my concerns.... The bike/jogging trail will be packed on Saturday morning and runs close to the areas we will be fishing. Also, the weeds/bushes have not been cut this whole year and bank access will be limited. Dan and I were out Sunday morning and he saw my concerns. The West side of the lake has a lot more areas you can fish. Just wondering.

Jody I wish I could comment but I really know nothing about the lake or where the best bank access is. I have been there 1 time and 1 time only and it was for the Eastern series tournament. I don't mind opening up the whole lake to fish. Only problem I have with that is I don't know the area or the lake for jack so I wouldn't know where to go lol. Maybe Joel can help me out?

If you can come up with a location to meet on the other side where the fishing will be better and an area for everyone to park then Im all ears. Like I said I'm very unfamiliar with lake and its surroundings. I just know I enjoyed where we fished the East tournament and figured it would be ok to fish again.

Thank you for your prayers everyone. I am very lucky to have all of the Bassgrabbers as my friends.

One of my very first friends in Texas passed away yesterday after a long battle with cancer. Many of you knew my wife and I were helping his wife as much as we could.

Thanks to Paul for the phone call last night. It was nice to get distracted with fishing for a few minutes.

I will see you guys at Cityview next week, take care.

Ill be praying for you as well Dan. I know the feeling of losing friends. sometimes its harder than losing family because friendship starts from scratch. Im very thankful to have you as a friend. Your steadfast support is what lifted BassGrabbers off the ground.
Also, guys if you can keep my old man in your prayers too. He had a heart attack sunday and is going under the knife today for a triple bypass. 95 percent of his arteries are clogged and about 35 percent of his heart is working. His operation required 5 way bypass but we could only find a surgeon who would do three. Cross your fingers

Taking Sean up on his offer? Are him and Steve not parternering up for this one? If you can't find a partner you could still fish for the big bass pot if you wanted too.

Russ I will keep your Father in my prayers. Praying for a successful surgery and quick recovery!
