Very rude of the no shows and I am sure they didn't even bother to call you and appologize. The only safe way for you is to require a non refundable deposit.

Today was great fishing except when a Carp Turd would buzz the boiling schools numerous times. Most fish came from just north of the island main lake. Boiled from 8am -1 pm. Caught well over 300 fish today. Left them still biting.

Crappie were so easy today, all you had to do was pick them up.

Great catch Carey,

Would you show me where this main lake island is.
Thanks

I saw you this morning, starting by the Dam. Soon you were heading east toward power plant. I was there wade fishing with a friend by lavonia Park, waving at you, your boat was flying by.
I saw lot of boats joining you over there, birds were flying. I knew that you would have a great day this morning. We were wondering how to get over there, joining the action.
Is there a road to get over there, and fish from the shore?

Hey Moon River, I was the guy in the yellow yak this morning. Thanks for giving me the heads up on the birds working across the lake. I did not head that way bc on a yak it is one heck of a paddle. We did end up finding them stacked on a hump close to the south side of the dam. Next time you head to Lavon you might head that way. It would be a heck of a trek since they have that road closed off now though

This was what we found on the south dam hump.

Steady doubles from 8-11. Lots of dinks. Guess the big girls were toward the island.

Hi finaddic, nice to meet you.
We saw you and the other yaker station there by the Dam, we were thinking to get over there, but my friend did not want to walk that far.
Can we reach that area wade Fishing?

Yes, MoonRiver you might not even have to wade. There were 2 guys wading waist deep but they were casting in the wrong direction. When you make it out there just cast parallel to the dam about 75 yards north of the dam

All info was said. There are roads to all the points we fish. Google map it.

Fish were mostly at power plant point and south to the next main point, Hybrid Point. Marine band radios. 100$. 6 watt or more will pick me up anywhere on the lake.

The power plant point is the long skinny point through Little Ridge Park?
Hybrid point is the big fat point on the south side of Little Ridge Park?
I can see from Google map, water in those area is deep.
