thanks todd...after some great topwater last few today it was non exsistent for me and we had to slab em up. will update soon...

Last 4 of 5 days been topwater...all or almost all fish we caught were on top and that's fine by me. 3 of those days some hawgs came out to play...  this was just sick...about to cancel rain and lightning and some very nice stripers came to us.jonboy saw em andre casted out and got one.we backed out the slip and then for 15 minutes we wailed on em til it got unsafe. stephen and jonboy got in on it   this day i waited on em and they didn't come but did get a couple big ones like this one on the flats on top  son got to out on trip with client and his daughter and he thought it help if he went. well got him a few hawgs...  WTG son!!!  this goin on up front...  all sizes are allgood  bigs eluded me these days but topwater alone so allgood!   today if it wasn't for chrome/holo fiesta slabs i would have stunk it up. thanks to options and experimentation we got em. thanks mike and moe's for the great baits!

That boy holding that BIG striper is Chris Carey's son, I believe. Chris is so busy with customers he doesn't get many opportunities to take his kids fishing so that has to be a real treat and a "big fish" moment they will remember for years to come.

Yes it is myoldest chayden...his very first fish at age 2 was a huge crappie. He has the fever as well fish went waaaay late today better at 10 than sunrise.
