So they can chop it up and put it in jars . . . . . Leave snakes alone and they will leave you alone All snakes are instinct driven,coexistence with humans is not nor will ever be part of their simple lives. Why to people have to kill everything they do not understand ? If you find another rattlesnake like the one in your photo dead on the road, please throw it in your freezer and send me a pm. It would need to be freshly killed. I would have some guys from A&M pick it up this fall.
This rattlesnake is a massasauga. There is a genetic study being performed on this species and Foard County would be an important specimen. These aggies would drool on themselves to get one from out there. I can assure you there is more to it than cutting it up and putting specimens in jars. It's a genetic study to see whether there is gene flow between populations and how fragmentation of the landscape could be affecting the populations.

They have to put something(justification) on the books to filter the other misuse of grant funding. Price/Russo where masters of it So they can chop it up and put it in jars . . . . . I was standing on a river bank in Abilene fishing and I looked down and had a cottonmouth coiled up around my ankle. I was leaving him alone. I can assure you he didn't leave me alone.
