I have stayed there several times last year and I never had any problems .so did several of my friends I would NOT recommend tejas village to any one for any thing Is there something wrong with Tejas Village?

Wished I could make this one.
I have stayed there several times last year and I never had any problems .so did several of my friends I would NOT recommend tejas village to any one for any thing Is there something wrong with Tejas Village? apparently it has been fixed up then, last time my club stayed there, we had mold in the coffee pots, and one of the oven blew up around midnite. Fish, you will be missed for sure....wish you could make it, Gibson and old hickory are gonna be a blast..... as for what it will take to win, two good limits one each day

What's it gonna take to win this thing? If the rumor is true about the local Saturday night tourney last week, then I'd say about 75 lbs.

I ended up getting a room at the host hotel in Longview Best Western. Anyone else staying there? We will be stopping on our way back from Alabama. I had to pack my fishing stuff to take on vacation so I didn't have to drive back home and then make a turn around trip back to the lake. Thanks to an understanding wife who let me cut family vacation short by 1 day to come back and fish. Coach

Did the lake catch any rain this week? I had reports we got 1.5-2" around Palestine (town), not sure about the lake. Coach

I'm thinking 33-35 lbs as well, but there's rumor of a 42 lb sack caught on a rig last Saturday night.
