I have eaten a lot of both. Both fish are super good. I would have to pick the Crappie as being the best. thumb

Bream for me, Crappie second since we don't have Walleye in the lakes I fish.

To me, bream are a little more rich and sweeter in flavor than crappie.

not much difference , crappie fillets tend to be bigger.

I would guess that the same size fillets in a taste test would
be same , same.
