I know where the west burn run is. Does East burn Run run into Boat Club road? Are you referring the area where West Burn Run and Boat Club road meet? Thanks. East and West Burns Run are parks on the other side of the Dam

Went to the dam this morning with Brian. Had very little action but Brian did the dance with a paddlefish on 10# leader and came out on the lite end. Ended up with a couple LMB at the dam and above.
It's been a little time since I've been there and came across the memorial cross for Kenneth Brandon Cowart. I had not heard the story and noticed the date was a year ago yesterday. I got to look up the story today and thought it would be a good time to remember a guy that gave up everything. A hero in every sense of the word.

It's hard to beleive it's alrdy been a year since that happened...
There was another drowning down there just a few weeks ago, never did hear the cause but they were swimming and I think alcohol was Involved...

also hooked something large in the Ok. pool. came off. then hooked a good bass at the pilings on the lake side, yep, un-doo'd hisself too. lost 6 lures, in typical denison fashion. BUT, watched the sunrise standing in a nice cold river in july, & hooked a biggun today. pretty glad I got up so early!

Went up there today. Fishing was tough. Caught only 3 stripers, with biggest one only 16". Also caught one smallie, 17".

Really? Thanks a lot. You can keep it, and fish with it. I am in the process to make some top water lures: small poppers.
