Picked up a custom stainless TM tray from BBC member woo and did the install today. I can say this, NEVER AGAIN! What a pain in the rear to do. I am happy with the results, and the job was just like others have done in their pre factory tray Rangers.

The finished product.

Well... it took quite a bit of time. The way it has so many curves it took a lot of trimming and grinding versus a rectangular tray. I popped ths beer in the pic after cleanup at 12:30, and I started at about nine or so. I took my time though. This isn't something to be rushed. lol

Some later 520's have a built in tray under the floor. In that case you call Ranger and purchase a trim ring and a template and just cut the hole and install the trim piece. You can tell if the tray is there by looking back up in the center compartment.
