I go back to this pond almost daily to get that redear on a fly rod! No luck yet, but I'm determined.

Caught a bunch the other day.. big gills are all much darker on color, some redear w lose that lil red tab on the ear when the get mature.

I'm normally a largemouth guy, but I'm starting to really like fishing for bluegill. They're so aggressive! Like piranha. As soon as that worm hits the water...BAM! So fun.
