Can anybody explain to me this dredging process cause I haven't seen them haul any thing out You would think they would be hauling dirt out to make it deeper. Right.

Basically a vacume sucking up silt to hard bottom or contract depth specs. Wast material being pumped threw pipeline to silver creek materials

Opinion: upcoming ruling on gambling in Texas and some very well known 'brothers' who happen to have a LOT of property on that lake in the Casino beach area.....well, a return to what it once was years ago.
Could turn out to be a boon to Fort Worth!
my 2 cents...

So does anyone know how much deeper they are making it? Maybe someone who fishes around the cat tails near the 820 bridge would know??

Google lake worth dredging u will find every thing there. Ft worth and company doing work have web site. U will be disappointed in the read. But basically 18-24 inches. Mainly for pleasure boaters most work done west of island and channel. Yes they r planning on developing the area to its hay day. I've seen all plans and it will be a nice area when complete. Seen plans for tpwd for future stockings. It does look good. 4-5 years it should have plenty of Florida strain in it and a healthy habitat Big plans for LW

I thought I read that the silt and material is being pumped through a 20" line over to Silver Creek Materials.. They're trying to get a depth of at least 6' in the main boating channels..
