It's working we just had a good one blow through here in southwest Texas.. Im in Big lake Tx home of one of only 2 natural lakes here In tx but ins been bone dry since the 70's

those are pretty easy to catch at texoma now in the early mornings. they sure do fight though.

What kind of lures are you using to catch them? I may want to try to catch them next time when I am up there. those are pretty easy to catch at texoma now in the early mornings. they sure do fight though.

The water level was so low on the river, as well as OK pool. I tried jerk bait, got few bites, no hook up. Lots carps, buffalos, grass carp, drums. BTW, one generator tomorrow, from 2 to 5. It will bring fresh water, full of oxygen, and baits into the river. Good looking fish Moon... Few more hot days like this and it'll be time to hit the Okie pool...

Well I'm not going to home for about a month.. I'm back in west Texas trying to make a hole in the ground we have 4 wells to pop out here so it's going to be awhile...

any idea if people are having luck on the lakeside of the dam in the mornings? Thinking of heading up there sunday morning. sure would be nice if they were generating....thanks guys
