bought some led lights from 1st class tackle. They are nothing but cheap led strips he bought online and had them drop shipped to me and then tripled the price and , of course, you cant return them.

Buyer purchased the lights a month ago. Asked installation quesitons along the way now he wants to return.

Here was my reply when he asked about our return policy.

Im sorry but our return time is 14 days. You have had these lights for over a month now?

May I ask why you have decided to try to return the lights? If its a problem with installation etc maybe I can help you with that.

I never said we werent willing to make a return I needed more information before opening my mouth and putting a finale decision on things. I always attempt to make all of my custoemrs happy. This is the first set of lights we have ever had returned.

We dont drop ship cheap L.E.D. lights and our kits are all put together out of the best possible materials available, just check what our customers ahve to say. We aim to please but you cant please everyone.

The reason I asked about the problems you were having was in part to see how we could help you and part product research. We want the best possible products for all of our customers.

I wish you would have responded with your issues in PM and I hope you still do. You would have found that our support has been and will continue to be top notch. We have continued anwsering all your quesitons before, during and after the sale of these ligths why would we stop now?

Even with Snowyriver we are going to do our best to make him happy but again you cant please everyone. Unfortuanitly he didnt give us the information we asked for instead he simply made a post here. Thats unfortuanite but we can understand especially if he is having difficulties with his products. Its realy a shame he didnt give us more credit and more information about the issues he was having. Once we have the necessary information we will do our best to attempt to settle the situation for snowyriver.
