That jeff seems like a great guy. What I don't understand is if your giving ideas on how to fix a problem why not try it before downing the product. Besides its catfish bait.lol... I have never seen any company stand behind catfish bait.lol .. looks like I'm gonna have to get me a gallon

Never tried sudden impact, have used Secret7 for years, I do add cattails to it, and run it on regular hooks with the red tube.

Only took form the HOLIDAYS to June... 3 emails, a rant on a huge public forum and telling the truth about an experience to get it resolved. Now that's what I call customer service...lol.
