Make short cast with a spook in those tiny pockets. Just throw it in there and let it sit, be patient and let all the ripples go away. Then give it ever so slight two tiny twitches and let it sit again, be patient. Start your retrieve and never stop it. If you get a blow up but no fish, reach down and pick up a regular size Fluke with a tiny pinch weight on the nose follow up in the same spot and be patient with it also. Then the hook up should happend.

There used to be some cover much like that on Ray Hubbard.. I got crazy and burned a blade right thru the thick of it. Caught some good feeeesh too. I would also agree with EoB on the weightless senko.
