Went tonight with an east wind blowing around 10 mph and couldn't get bit at all ....

My dad had a good day out there last week with an east wind, but he manages to catch fish no matter what. He's better than me haha.

They still have to eat.....change your thinking to this...wind from the east, fish bite like a beast. fish high confidence Baits tight to cover. Confidence is 3/4 the battle. Fixed it for ya'.......don't mention it....

Caught a 10.1 earlier in January with a NE wind. But then again, it was really overcast that day.
You never know when a big fish's gonna be hungry, regardless of how many people think they've got it down to a science.
