Y’all got the evil eye time to bust out the eggs and do the prayers  Babygirl has it bad as well we mucinex , cough and cold and allergy liquid meds, hot showers and lots of Vick’s and a humidifier ..... hopefully we can kick this thing out before she goes back to school

I chew on a raw garlic clove and breathe out through my nose . Works for me .

My brother had a sinus infection that spread into his fore-head / skull. Pretty rare, but woke up with a swollen face and fore-head. Went to the doctor and was immediately care flight to Medical City where they removed his fore-head and replaced it with a plate. They said if he had waited another day he would have died. Don't mess around if you are swelling.
And I know who "Jeff" is.

I don't have any idea what I have... but have had it a couple of weeks. Vics Inhalers work about as well as anything to open and dry things up. Sucking it up works about as well as anything. Just got word from sister that my 85 year old mom went to doctor's appointment at 1:00, she's had the same type thing for the last week, doctor said her lungs were fine and didn't prescribe anything. Said to give it another week.

Neosporin on a q tip and GENTLY apply to inside of nose.You'll be surprised how far you can put a Q tip up your nose..
