I was searching around on another site in the for sale section and ran into this ad and noticed the price and asked myself, Why????? If guys were catching bass and doing all the things they were doing back in the 70's without all the toys we have today, what is the point??? Do we tend to over complicate fishing to be the cool kid on the block with biggest and baddest toys??? 3-12" units(1 bow 2 console) mounted on this boats along with power poles, etc....

13 Ranger 520C
13 250 Merc Pro XS

If I had the money I would go all out.. If you study your equipment it really isn't that complicating.

Joe Don Setinas boat I think.

If you buy it it comes with a free tree trimming service.

Time is a precious commodity for me. The faster I get on fish the better. I don't want to waste my one day of the week fishing casting to dead water.
I actually run two at the console and two at the bow although none of mine are 12".

it's a head game with most - it never pays in the long ride as far as profit it returns because owning a boat is about the worst investment you can make, the more money spent ,the more money lost

Agree but I know that's as well as most of us do... I am in it for the fun!

Because you(or some)can. You can't take it with you. If you worked hard and have done well get whatever you want be it a small aluminum or top of the line.

Actually crawled around the new Ranger Z520c carbon edition and the regular Z520 yesterday at Cabelas and while they are impressive I am just as happy with my current Ranger Z520 that is paid for. Not a lot of differences to justify upgrading for me.
I figure I will just upgrade some stuff on my boat here and there instead. Detailed it up today and forgot just how damn nice it really is.

BTW I am happy as hell for anyone that can afford the best of the best. Enjoy the hell out of it while you have it and hopefully if iyts taken care of its just one more for me to choose from when I get the itch for a newer one someday. hard work is supposed to pay off so I applaud those that put themselves in a position to be successful financially. Ain't no hate in my blood and I don't make a habit out of telling others how to spend their money..

A old cheap car will defiantly get me to work also but a nice one is more fun to drive. (As long as I can afford it).
