He has won tourneys by himself and with a family member. In the tourneys won with a partner did the partner take the poly? If that is the case then I don't see what the problem with his wins would be. The odds of two people beating a poly are much higher than one.

Bass Champs did not do anything wrong. They do what they need to to protect the 99% honest fishermen they have fish. For every action thear is reaction and to not fish because they wanted to put a observer in his boat is just a hugh Red flag.
