I just got back from wal mart and the one here at least has 4 huge boxes of yum soft plastics for one dollar each. Also boxes full of heddon and cotton cordell hard baits, and booyah spinnerbaits also for a dollar each. Throw in Skeet Reese roods for 45 each and you have quite the sale going on.

The Skeet Reese rods at both Denton locations are still 89 as well. They did have all the Yum and Heddon stuff for sale. Be careful though i made the mistake of grabbing a handful of Mustad hooks they had on sale for a dollar and didnt pay attention that some of them were different sizes then the ones on sale so they rang up 5$ instead of a dollar. Didnt realize til I made it home.

Those bone Heddon top waters made for salt water work pretty dang good on them bass sometimes as well

Been stopping by different Wmarts (eight different locations) on the way home from work over the past two weeks. They YUM plastics will vary depending on the location. Some have mostly generic unlabeled YUM with a stuck on yellow barcode, some have mostly LPT, and others F2. Yesterday, I found a Wmart that also had a bunch of Zoom plastics (Lizards, Fat Alberts, Utale, trick worms) with mark down stickers of $.25 and $.50 in the bottom of the YUM boxes--had to dig to find them.

Make sure you get a price check on the rods because I went to Wal-Mart in Saginaw last night and bought 2 Vendetta rods for $29.99 a piece and they were still marked $79.99

Every time I read one of these posts about incredible deals at places like Wal-Mart, Academy, etc, I can never find any of those bargains!
