Jalepeno Tree in Tyler. It was great. There's one in Mckinney but I haven't been there yet. I love that place. I'm insane now. I thought the first guy was joking and then to have it backed up? If someone were to ask me the worst Mexican food place I've ever had this place would be hands down the winner. It truly is amazing how tastes and opinions can vary. To each their own I guess. Yep.

Really solid tacos IMO. And they stuff their crunchy ones with plenty of meat and cheese.

Well, it's got expensive now but if you judge the food only, I'd say Mi Charitto in Fort Worth. The best sour cream chicken breast enchiladas I've ever tasted. Never a bone in all these years, unlike places like cafe pulido, where I got a bone on each of my only 2 visits LOL. Sadly, with higher gas prices and the hyper-inflationary cost of living, it costs too much for me to drive there now, much less eat there. But I've got good memories.

Armenta's in San Angelo. If ever you have the opportunity try the 'Vuelve A La Vida' (mexican seafood cocktail) followed by a slice of their tres leche cake.
At least my boat and truck are paid for, woo hoo!

I really like Antonio's in Burleson. El Cerritos in Springtown is pretty good too.
The best waiter I have ever had, hands down, is Pancho at the El Paseo in Azle. We moved away from Azle 10 years ago, when my oldest was 5. My wife and I went back a few months ago and Pancho asked about him by name.
