Most of my favorite bass lures I'll take with me to catch reds or trout. Can def be great, but as always rinse everything that touches the saltwater including all your artificials

I like to put heavy duty hooks on on my Traps and Spooks. Reds will destroy them in 2-3 hook-ups.
