Sounds incredibly logical.

I don't remember Ike ever begrudging the attention he receives???positive or negative. His fans, or haters, seem to be more offended by criticism, or praise, of him than he is. I just can't figure out how anyone can have such strong emotions about people they don't know.

I'm not a fan of a boring Pro & there are some (classic 2013). Not saying they are not great fisherman just lack of even a little excitement is unnatural IMO. Its fishing let's get the blood flowing, I like the ups & downs let me see that. Ike has done a lot for the sport, he's kinda guy you would want at the family reuions.

BINGO! these guys have some serious sponsors, they need all the publicity they can get however they can get it legally.

If you have not met and talked with any of the pro's off the water, off camera, then you don't really know them. They put on their persona for the camera. It works. Whether for good or bad press, its Press. I have met Ike, away from all the hoopla. Nice, normal quiet guy. Hell of a fisherman. On the Camera. That's a another Sales person.

I get the lolz with the talk about "pressure" same way I do about pro athletes .....pressure? Ha! Go tag along with someone working on the pointy end of the spear for a day......and those folks rarely talk about "pressure"

Sounds like some of you guys whine just as much as you think they do....who cares how they act, I bet if you were a millionaire from fishing you'd be pretty angry at missing fish or losing a tourney....give em a break if you don't like how they act don't watch and quit complaining.....some people are high strung to begin with
