Nice little lake them folks have out that way. Today was first time on it but not the last. Been years since I have seen so much grass. Lots of fish on beds and we caught them up to 5lbs. Healthy fish too.

I'm pretty sure tpwd gets on here to see what lakes have grass and where it is...you just ruined it for all of us.

I'm pretty sure tpwd gets on here to see what lakes have grass and where it is...you just ruined it for all of us. What tournament was going on yesterday? It was packed in the parking lot but lake seemed to fish big.

No the bite out here sucked and I had a newbie fisherman that I wanted to catch a few so we loaded up and went to Gilmer.

Mark it is a pretty lake also. I love east texas lake that are clear and dark.. It's a good topwater lake also

Then you get on the water and never run into anyone. You should try it on a week day. You'll have the whole lake to yourself.
