I ordered a 60 inch shaft i-Pilot Terrova to spruce up the old triton. Since everyone is getting NEW BOATS! --LOL-- I figured the least i could do is upgrade to a fancy trolling motor  . Will come in handy on the semi rough days on Hubbard, Texoma and other lakes i plan to visit . Big Thanks to Dr, Whiplash ( Terry ) and Fishboy Frank for the info and guidance on the purchase . See you on the water  Ps : I will just ride with the big boys and their new boats on windy days --LOL--

Kieth you got the same IPilot I have, I love it, I can fish 3 trips before charging if I had to, Monday was my 1st trip to Texhoma with it, it was great.

Congrats, Keith! Now your hands are free to confront those pesky potlickers  and also catch more fish than ever!!! Can I brag that I was one of the first one with the autoPilot/iPilot since it came with my boat when I got it in '07. lol

I love mine. Only used it about ten times so far. I really enjoy not having to mess with the TM. It allows people to spend more time with a bait in the water.

I've had mine for nine months, and it is a huge improvement over using an anchor - which I did from 1967 to 2012. Was nice to have a son who paid half of cost as a Father's Day gift (Hint for those who want one and have grown kids- Fathers Day is coming up in June).

Keith reading your post I was reminded of those AA meetings where someone stands up and everyone says welcome to them... Well we all attend MK (Minn Kota) meetings on the lake and you are a now a certified member! Your leg will thank you also! I remember that one day this winter in the wind your leg was cramping a little and you said, "I guess I'm going to have to break down and get an I-Pilot soon!" Soon is here. Welcome to the club....
