Update. Not much going on out there with the crappie. But they are getting some HOGS out there. Stopped by and saw a guy leaving with a 2.10 crappie! It was so big!!!!
Seeing a lot over 1.70. Just the numbers are not there yet. It sould get better.
Did not get a pic sorry.

Update: last night was the night for crappie!!!!!!! Buddy got his limit! Had one guy get 18 and one other had 12. All really nice crappie all really shallow! Had fun last night only had a few customers but the got crappie. Color of the night. Watermelon wine.

Im new to this forum im on the hunting forum ive been wanting to go fish the lewisville barge was up there yrs ago whats a good time to get there or does it depend on everything thanks for the info

Mike, what time period did the limit happen?
Before midnight or after?
Was that on the south end?

Mike, what time period did the limit happen?

Was that on the south end? He got there after 10. The bite really picked up around 2am then got rally good just before 6am. He got like 6 keepers in a row. He had the limit before 7. So after 12. South end and the west side. Good luck.

Any word on tonights bite? Was out there for a little bite. They got a few that was before dark. The water temp is still in the 60's so I think it may still be a good night I will try to get a report from who ever is fishing out there tonight.

Still seeing crappie getting caught biggest being a 1.92someone caught in the blue room
