Great Stuff foam for texture. Then glueing sand, rocks and moss to it.
Had the extra piece of plywood and went and found the driftwood. Bought a bag of sand, can of Great Stuff, Elmer's glue, a bag of floral moss, and a can of clear rust-oleum. $18
Ran out of glue. I will try and finish it tomorrow. Any suggestions? 5 fish bag from Fork 49.7Ibs and mounted by Ron Kelley.

Looks great. Would be cool if it had some fake lilly pads or something similar. I bet you could get something that looks like lillys at Hobby Lobby or Michael's.

Anyone know where I can get some real looking reeds for this project? I checked Hobby Lobby and they have some but look fake.
