It is the waste water treatment plant on the South West end of the toll bridge. We have had South winds this week that are blowing the stench towards Pecan Creek.

I have not been back to Pecan in a couple weeks. I was on foot last time and the water was pretty low. Can I draft my bass boat through the mouth right now? In February I had to get out and push it to get in... Once your in everything is ok.. getting in is the hard part.
