I rarely ever get to fish fork but will be on the water Saturday. I've only heard about the "spring zoo" on Fork, so what exactly should I expect this weekend? If anyone wants to throw out some tips I'd sure appreciate it too. Thanks guys.

It is not that bad...plenty of water to fish...50% will be fishing areas with no fish. I know, i usually fall into that 50%. Just be courteous when others are around and it will be fine.

Birch, Caney, Glade and White Oak will be crowded and most will be fishing the same baits right behind each other.

It is March and it will be 75 degrees. It will be somewhere between a cluster ---- and a Walmart on a Saturday. Just go have fun and enjoy!

just find your spot in the conga line and party down. try to throw something different than everybody and go ike every time you catch one. you'll soon have the area to yourself.

Look at your map and go to a part of the lake that isn't as easy to get to as others. The creeks with boat lanes to the back with be fullest. Places that you have to idle a ways to fish have fewer boats.

Birch, Caney, Glade and White Oak will be crowded and most will be fishing the same baits right behind each other. Exactly!....pay attention, then adjust and throw something effective, yet different.... ......and I like the advice Purple offered....

No bites, the wind got to howling and it took forever to get out. Only saw one other boat up there

There will be atleast 40 kayakers out there for the PKAA kayak tournament Saturday. I hear it's going to be crazy crowded. I wish everyone fishing fishing Fork this weekend the best of luck! I've never fished Fork grew up fishing Amistad looking to see what all the buzz is about.

Throw the spring break factor in there too.
