Texas and Tennessee have shared many things over the years and striper fishing is one of them. Since I grew up in East Tennessee, and now live in the great state of Texas, I thought I would share some of the fishing pics from Tennessee. This one came from Oak Ridge, what the heck is it? My Father and me catching stripers. My Dad is 90 years old, he was a fighter pilot in WW2, he flew F4 Corsairs. He is my war hero. We are on lake Cherokee. Doubles on Cherokee. Little 10 pounder A Cherokee tripple. Hybrids My Friend Todd with a little Ohio Hybrid

Scott you were right about this site. There are great people here. I am going fishing for the first time in Texas on March 22 on Lake Ray Hubbard, with a very nice man named Gene. Fishermen are the best. There is a group who sponsor stocking hybrids in the lake. My kind of folks. Sound familiar?

Nice looking fish John! After being in Texas for 5 years, I'm moving back to the Chattanooga area soon. Hopefully I can get at some of those out there!
