Salsa Fuego in Ft. Worth - Named one of the 5 best in the state by Texas Monthly. They're in a converted KFC by the old Weatherford Traffic Circle and their Carne Asada echiladas with roasted jalapeno cream sauce and smothered steak burrito are amazing.. And oddly enough they also have one of the best burgers in town. http://salsafuegofw.com/ Not impressed one bit with Salsa Fuego. I have learned NOT to eat at the "Top rated" restaurants as they normally suck.

Jalepeno Tree in Tyler. It was great. There's one in Mckinney but I haven't been there yet.
On average, your heart beats 100,000 times a day. One day, one of those heartbeats will be your last. Then what?

Mercado Juarez in Ft Worth was EXCELLENT 25 yrs ago. They're not even in the running now. We used to frequently up until 5 yrs ago. It just kept getting worse and worse.

Jalepeno Tree in Tyler. It was great. There's one in Mckinney but I haven't been there yet. I love that place. I'm insane now. I thought the first guy was joking and then to have it backed up? If someone were to ask me the worst Mexican food place I've ever had this place would be hands down the winner. It truly is amazing how tastes and opinions can vary. To each their own I guess.

I don't think its the best. I do think its very good and is always consistent.
