Post up if you are camping and what night. If you have one of the sites reserved post that up as well. We try to take over Hippy Point campsites 24 through 34. Me and Charlie have been talking and think we should set up the central tarp on site 30 since there is a better launch area there and it's out of the south wind should a storm blow up on us. I will reserve that one for Friday night. The sites are 15 bucks each and you reserve thru http://www.reserveamerica.com/List so far... CRR Spiny N2bassfishing Orange Assassin Possible... Post on this thread if you are planning on camping, what nights, if you have reserved one of the sites, if you want to share a site etc.
I've asked Charlie to use his magic old man discount and reserve sites 30 and 31 for at least Friday night. Like to work our way out from there. Need someone to get site 24 as that's closest from road to water to get the yaks wet. 32-33-34 are north from 31 and gives us everything up to the bigger parking lot where we can leave trailers and extra cars. 25 thru 29 are the one we got in the past. Ok but we are outgrowing that parking lot.
Mods please sticky this thread until the event. Thanks!

Yeah, I haven't booked mine yet. I'll do it today. Should I try and get 8A/B/C? Or some other area? When I go to www.reserveamerica.com I cannot find Twin Coves campgrounds on the map. All I see on the map is Murrel Park?

I checked the site for this and everything is booked now, anyone with room for 1 tent and 2 adults let me know and I will chip in on the site. I just plan on staying Friday night.

Ditto. I missed it. Anyone have room for a 1-man tent? I'll split the cost of the spot and take up less than half of it! PM me.

I reserved spot 29 for Thursday the 18th, because I'm off on Fridays. Maybe when the "hippys" show up, they will be to... you know what... to notice my little tent and kayak in their spot.

What's the problem? Stop by hippie point Thursday night, add a few new plants to the backside of the campground, place an anonymous call to the DEA and standby for available sites. Ha, Ha, Ha.
