I had never seen or fished RC but after reading about it here and needing to get some White Bass action, I scouted on 2/18 and fished on 2/19. Periods of no action followed by 2-3 fish on consecutive casts. A dozen total fish over about 4 hours - a couple of crappie, a couple of hybrids and rest whites - all spawning females. Slow rolling a roadrunner after letting it hit bottom. When you think you are reeling as slow as possible, go a little slower. A few pics:
