Ladies man Ray was in a target rich environment! I stopped and checked out those Bluewaves couple weeks ago in Galveston. They are awesome boats! But, there are a lot of really nice boats on the market. Decisions decisions! Don't forget the trim tabs! I will say if I could grow mine to a 24 ft I would. It's always a good time looking for a new ride. Make sure your lake test ride is in strong winds!

+1 on the trim tabs and I agree with Keith, if I had it to do all over again I would go with the 24 footer. I was worried about about jumping from a bassboat to a cc that when I was by myself it would be head to handle. No problem at all.

I had 4 calls on my Triton Bass Boat the 1st hr it was listed, if all goes as stated it will be sold today, I hate to see it go as I know its a dependable boat but a CC would be the best for me as I dont bass fish at all other than farm ponds. I sure wish they still made Falcons.
Kieth your right on with too many choices out there, its worse than a menu at a Chinese eatin' place!

I am sure glad you joined TFF, Terry! You two are always entertaining for sure! LOL. I am gonnna missed that fast kick bAss boat of yours cuz I got to ride in it at 65-70 MPH a few times. Man, thats fast without a windshield to protect ur face!!! And that was how my $300 curado combo flew out and drowned on Hubbard too. rolfmao

Theres pros and cons for both boats, but the important thing is if the LadiesMan says cc, then you better go with a cc. I went from a CC boat to another CC boat and the next one will be a CC as well. There are SO MANY good ones out there. Narrow it down to two or three and you'll be happy with what with what ever you choose! Enjoy your CC shopping and good luck!

Shopping for a CC is fun, imo! grin

I have been fortunate to be able to ride in several CC in the last few months, it really made my mind up for me, the 1st one I looked at the Grady White still is what I should have bought, but the friend I told about it loves it so all is as its suppose to be.

Glady Whites are $$mucho$$ nice, Larry. Dont forget to invite me to fish with ya after you get it grin

Dr.WhipLash, I've seen many blue waves down in the coast when I lived there and they made their ways up North the in the past decade. The Delux models are nicer, have more storage but heavier and more $$ than the basic Bluewave models. You may already know that from teh boat show, but FYI just incase.

Hey Terry...I see you maybe going with a CC boat...I know you will like it which everone you decided on...just wanted to call your attention to Gator Bay 2410 or the 2110...I know more confusing choices...Gator Bay's are not very popular here in TX but they are very popular in LA. and east along the coast they are made in Benton LA which is about 12 miles north of Shreveport...family owned and operated you can't find better people and service...they have more than 42 years of boat building experince and take great pride in each boat they build...it's not a production line where they try to produce boats as fast as they can...I have been to the factory many times and was always welcome and made to feel right at home...they will give you a tour of the shop and show you how they build their boats...because as I said they take great pride in each boat...you can also buy a boat straight from the factory as I did which makes the boat buying experince that much more of a pleaser...at Gator Bay you can have your boat customized to fit your needs...like mind I had the rear bait tank taken out since I hardly ever fish live bait and this allows more walk a round room...also had the floor and front and rear deck color done in gray so it's easyer on the eyes in bright sun light and doesnt show dirt quite as bad...had a small pin stripe done on the side so the boat is mostly white I think white shows less scratchs...extra rod holders on the console and extra rod tubes in the rod boxes...with Gator Bay you also get more bang for you buck many things come standard which are options on other boats...like built in wash down system...pop up cleats...and all kinds of rod holders on the console and six rod holders on the back of boat...all Fiberglass Construction...and Lifetime Structure Warranty...check them out at www.progator.com the reason you don't hear much about Gator Bay a round here is they don't advertise much at all...go to La. ask about Progator Boats and you will get a ear full everyone that has one Loves them as I do mind...I put alot of hours on a boat and usally get a new one every six years or so...have had mind 5 or 6 years now and have had 2 people ask if I'm ready to sell it...but this boat has held up so well...I mean there is nothing wrong with it but a few scratchs I'm going to keep it! I almost forgot about the smooth stable dry ride and lots of storage! and doesnt lean to one side when everyone is fishing on the same side.

and yes I got a little discount for being a guide but nothing like a Kevin Vandam or Bill Dance...and I would not get a penny if I helped sell 50 boats!

as you can see I Love my Gator Bay! and that I'm not fishing this morning and have to much time on my hands sorry for rattling on.

if anyone wants a closer look at Gator Bay 2410 I'm at Tawakoni all most every day be glad to show it to you.

Terry you know I love my Seafox but I had a Nauticstar before and liked it as well. If the had the seat option that Gene talked about when I bought mine I think I might have gone with the Nauticstar. Theres alots of us now that never fish from the front of the boat any more and just stay by the CC to watch the bigger Graph better. Captains Chairs would be nice!

I love my SeaFox as well. We looked and tested just about all the center consoles over a 6 month period. After riding in them we choose the SeaFox. I could not be happier with our purchase, the look of the boat is amazing, and the ride is even better. I am sure you will get lots of opinions. But for us the boat is near perfect. I see several guides using the exact boat. We have added a lot of features to our boat: T-top, over head storage, led interior lights, underwater lights, stereo, rod launchers, i-pilot, Humminbird 998, fishing chairs, and a water mister to keep us cool in the Texas heat. If you want to take a ride anytime let me know. Steve

I just found out the CC I was looking at was not as described, it is not for me.

Does anyone here know where a VERY VERY clean CC is forsale? I am in the buying market.
