I'm here right now, we probably aren't catching as many as usual mainly because we are here at the beginning of the spawn. But we are still having good days. Yesterday between the four boats I would say we caught 60-70 fish with big going 7. The day before that we had a 9-14, 8-11, & 8.00. I think it's right on the verge, the buck bass are there. The big girls seem to be moving onto main lake points and a few secondary points. I have fished most of the lakes around and this is still the best for catching a big fish in my opinion. Good luck What were you guys catching them on?

I'll be there Feb. 16-20th
Seemed like when all else failed we went down to the dam. My dad would laugh at me throwing my crank all day at the dam but after I landed a 6 pounder he quickly picked up a crank rod haha.
Biggest fish I saw caught was in the sticks on a t-rig brushog.
Given this was all last year, but from what I've read not much has changed? I keep reading about blue/black jigs. Any thoughts?

talked to them today there and they said the water was coming in from Amisted but the kicker is they will, in the next 30 days, release all the water they have transfered to the lake to irreigation systems- up and down lake level

You know its bad when the guides are only reporting 2-4 fish a day, but I'm gonna think positive and predict this is my year to catch a double digit.

I am fishing there March 12-13. My BIL is flying in from Massachussettes. I have told him numbers will more than likely be down but i agree this will be both of best chances at a DD.
