are crappie pics posted become property of the TFF?? I recently found some of MY pics at a restaurant poster board with a major beer companys logo on them.
I thought i was really neat to actually see one of Lake Waco crappies on a poster board and am wanting to get some for my self.
thanks for any info.

I believe once they are posted in a public forum they become public property unless they are copywrited.Im not sure, not an expert.

The TFF does not take, use or sell your photos posted here. Now, facebook, and the photo hosting sites have different policies concerning ownership. Those would be the first place I would look.
Plus, there's nothing to stop a marketing individual from surfing the web for a pic, and copying it for their use.
Alot of guys on the THF place their "Property of ...." on their photos just so folks wont try to pass them off as their own.
Hope this helps

Nice Tomas. I would take that as a big pat on the back. You need to talk with your local beer distributors aka Keystone and Miller Lite to see if you can get some corporate sponsorship from them. Lane @ Lights Out Tackle may want to do the same as well. You never know what the distributors may come up with to compensate you for your pictures.
Keep on fishing.

I bet you were shocked when you saw them.. I thinks its really cool.,
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

Hey if you go getting rich and famous on me and I'll start charging a premium. That is wild stuff right there. If they got it from me or my website, it was without my permission, Tomas.
