I'll say, now George you know you can't possibly use all that Roof, I normally don't post photos of flies before tested but here's an example of this processed hair - tied UDF bug with Boss legs that should work. Wanna trade some hair? I have more photos of processed hair if I can find them. The belly deer hair is white and I dyed some of it supposedly dark green - it turned out light color but is OK. G/

That looks frogalicious to me, George. Do you think you'll need to pack the hair a bit tighter towards the head to counteract it sinking more when the hair gets wet?

Dusty, this was a quick and dirty prototype to determine flotation - I'm was more concerned with long enough hair for weedless effect, and the hair is long enough for a 3/0 jig hook.
The problem is not with the stacked hair but the weight of the BOSS frog legs. They at are too heavy at ~25 grains and I had to cut them back and still too heavy to balance out right. I won't be using them but your spinner bait skirt material is best IMO.
Lookin' forward to topwater bass - thanks for all your help on a great bass bug. George

I'm looking forward to it as well, George. I hate that the legs are too heavy, they looked really cool.
