Hmmmm rimfire is illegal amd night???

Lol clariification please

Real hunters follow rules. What are you a fake hunting poacher?

And now it's quoted. This post could turn out to be as comical as the Austin bass forum post about all the fish one angler decided he had the write to keep. Over his daily limit or not.

The eyes of Texas r now upon you.

Stuff people post on the Internet blows my mind. You sir are the reason Texas game wardens have job security. I pray you get caught in your foolish ways.

A friend (student, but older than me) also got a 10.3 on a d/s rig last year. Pulled it out of a lot of grasses too, but slowly of course. Heck, another student with a DD before me, God has a sense of humor.

Rimfire + deer = illegal (hunting them at night is illegal as well)

I don't know...have you ever been to Alvarado? I swear I hear banjos playing in the distance every time I take a trip to Lake Alvarado.

Biggest on 4 is somewhere in the 5lb range. Double digits on 6lb line.

I could be wrong but I know the offshore fishermen don't use crazy high test line and they are catching monsters. I think it is the structure that causes us freshwater guys to break off a lot and not necessarily the line strength. What say you?

I have a Largemouth at home....sometimes she lets me go fishing.

I haven't caught anything huge on 4 lbs test but I caught a 20-something pound blue cat at Tawakoni on 6 lbs line. It bit a dropshot. Thumped just like a bass too.

Not 4 pound line but did catch a 12.25 on 6 pound last March out of Fork. What a fight.

What does Alvarado have to do with anything?
