Keep mine at a storage here in burleson. The other day I noticed paw prints on the back of my boat. Well yesterday when I went to get a couple of fishing poles from my storage. I found some fresh cat poop at the front of my boat. Not liking cats right now

I have considered filling that cavity with low rise urethane foam and coreing new rod handle slots in the foam.
But, I am not sure if this cavity is open to the rest of the hull space under the floor.

Sounds like the boat needs to be taken out of the slip for an intense cleaning and allowed to air out. I would have tried trapping and relocating the varmint before adding more stench (fox urine)to get embedded into the carpet. Get a warm day you may not be able to stay in the boat due to the smell! Excellent point

Sounds like the "Occupy Bass Cat" movement.

My cat caught a jack rabbit dragged it into my detailed and covered boat before he ate it. So if anyone needs a new lucky rabbits foot I have two available.

Hi rise, I don't know you at all and don't want to come across as judgmental, but, how could you pour fox urine into a 2012 Cougar? I'm thinking that my 2011 Sabre was roughly half the cost of your boat. At the first sign of a critter inhabitation, I would have yanked my boat from that stall and cleaned it inside and out, bow to stern. To each his own I guess...

Find some real storage for that boat or it'll look like a 1984 pantera in a year.
Floating slips are ok for a weekend, but long term. No way I could do that to my boats. Even if it was an 84 pantera !!!

A small bowl of antifreeze left in the rod locker ought to do it!

Last time my brother and I went fishing we fished about 4 hours. We did a lot of running and looking for fish. About 3pm we decided to head back to the ramp. I was running full tilt across the lake and I saw something run out from between my brothers legs and head to the front of the boat. We watched as one of the family cats ran right up to the nose of the boat and you could tell he was about to jump. I slowed down a little and the cat ran right back to where it came from. My brother made a grab for it and missed. We got back to the ramp and I beat on the sides of the boat to see if I could get the cat to come back out. No luck. We pulled the boat home, parked it and I don't know if that cat ever came back out. It has been 2 weeks and there is no smell coming from the boat so I guess she probaly did get out at some time later.
