I found a guy at lake fork to take care of them. I tried calling the tackle smith, but that guy was hard to get in touch with. I told him i needed my reels done and maybe some barrings. i called him for several days and he would respond with text. he never said when he could do them. Plus he was priced higher than 3 people i talked to so i wouldn't recommend tacklesmith
They guy on fork is named RT AND HIS COMPANY IS TACKLERIGHT. He had my reels ready fast. 903-850-8292

I do reel cleaning as a side job because I enjoy working on reels and helping people out.

Now if you want to be a pushy car salesman and try to get the best deal because your in sales.
I made you a deal but it wasn't good enough. Then you wanted bearings but my price wasn't good enough because you could get them from HP Bearings for cheaper but oh he is in Canada this week.
Oh and by the way I need my reels done next week.

Then we can go on & on about your [censored] texts and rude comments. Then the phone call then 5 minutes latter another one and 2 minutes latter another one.

Guys like you, I don't really want to deal with.

I see another similar thread from you.

I'm sorry to everyone else for venting.

After my trying to deal with TACKLESMITH, i got 5 private messages from guys. They said none of their reels got back in time, and that his work was poor. If someone does a good job, i let people know. But i also let people know to stay away from people who do poor work and over charge........like the TACKLESMITH

I have heard nothing but good things about Shawn! I have been in this business for over 30 years and you just can't please everyone! Some times the best price is not the best choice! JMO!

shawn, you a good guy.You have been in business along time and are highly respected and considered an expert. Everybody just has bad days i guess and generally folks will settle down and like one shop or another and that is good- like people choosing a guide, they eventually find one they can work with and fish. I have never heard a negative comment about your work and I been around this business for 20 years.
